It's Docfest time

Postby John(videodoc) » Tue Mar 13, 2012 7:48 am

Well we are 30 days away from Docfest. Everything is a go. Busy getting things ready around here. As usual, i need to know ahead of time if you plan to eat supper on Saturday. So i can go ahead and plan the head count for the caterer. Supper, is usually around $12 for adults / $5 for kids. Don't have to pay till you get here. So either send me a PM or post here if you will be here for Saturday supper.

Also if you have a planned project you want to work on, please post. So we can get an agenda started.

Let me know what if any, tools I need to bring, such as slide hammer puller, seal puller, crankshaft puller, Helicoil kit, etc.

Eugene and I plan to be there for Sat. supper, though I think he may have already told you.

Looks like that due to health, I will not make it this year, so neither Eugene nor I will be coming this round. Maybe next year.

Officially off work until the 16th. I just need to get caught up on the chores, and hopefully can leave around midday on Friday. (goodies/giveaways are in tow, some good ones too! lol) The grass around here is growing at an alarming rate, so I have to mow at every break in the showers. The ground won't support the Cadet, so I've been push mowing it. (Approx an acre) I'll be glad when the rains subside for a while..
Anxious to see/meet everyone next week!
Regards,

Ron (midmo) and I will be heading out Friday morning to arrive at your place just after lunch. We're looking forward to it. Ron's been to your CubFest before, I have not.

Will be bringing Boss Hog's mower on its east-bound Cub Express. Also will be bringing tools for brake band lining installation (jim turner expressed an interest).

Is there any need to bring swap & shop items (i.e. Cub parts)?

We'll be leaving after lunch on Saturday, so won't be there for the evening meal.

Stan I can't make Docfest, I was hoping for Midmo fest to use your rivet machine.
