No, he's not a "shrink". He removed a broken water neck bolt, from a head, and is returning it. Ed

Let me see if I have this right, Scot removed a neck bolt from Ed's head. Hmmm...didn't Dr. Frankenstein do the same to his creation at one time or another?

Sometimes I think Ed's head may be over-torqued, that would explain his 'sense of humor'.

Looks like the schedule is open for me.... :D

If I can figure out how to get the engine off the long stripe and in the truck we could pull the front pulley and check the 'alignment' of the crank. I am leery of the main caps and the crank needs to be ground/cut regardless.

Larry if you need a hand let me know. Could shoot over there Wed. or Fri. night. Sounds like a good project that others could learn from !

Man oh man my password to log on is jammed up, lucky to have been able to get on here now. But I still am having trouble reseting my password to what it always had been. See you all then.. I tried to get my friend Fred to come up but he is busy on his organic farm up in New Hampshire. I will bring my TC unit and hopefully after all this time get it rebuild, I have all the parts and it is ready to go.

Recently I mounted a snow-blower to a Cub. The project is in its final stages, the main thing left is to get its 16 hp engine running. So that's what I'll be working on. I'm bringing just the engine bolted to a pallet.

When its done it will be pretty cool, with electric start / choke / throttle / clutch control up where driver can reach, even the spout turns by hydraulics. Hopefully we get a good late-winter snowstorm soon to give it a good test.
