What a great time we had playing with Cub stuff. The first annual Jeff Silvey Winter CubFest went off tremendously. I don't know how it can be better better since this one went so well. Jeff and Janice were great hosts and really showed us what great folks they are.
Thank you both so much.
Oh Jeff Silvey, Oh Jeff Silvey,
Your Cubfest filled us all with glee!
(Sung to the tune of "Oh Christmas Tree"!)
Would like to add my thanks as well! It was a great time. Thanks Silveys!
Jeff, sure wish I could have made it. Maybe next time. Looks like everyone had a great day.

I thought it was too far away. However, if you can make the next one, there is no reason I can't make it as well. Just got to find another Circle Cub in the neighborhood.

Thank you Jeff & Janice for hosting this years Winter-Fest. Bonnie and I had a great time seeing old friends and meeting new. We made it home safe & sound.
I have updated my photos along with BigDog's http://photos.cubfest.com/thumbnails.php?album=1291
Doug.. It was good to meet you & Bonnie. (I couldn't come up with your username until I saw your post) Glad you made it home safely! Sorry I had to dash out so quickly, I suddenly had grandpa duties when the phone rang..
Yes had a great time. Thanks Janice and Jeff, already looking forward to next year!
Finally got home, even though its a short couple hour drive, i stopped to look at tractors. I took the wife's car, easier on gas. Evidently the car has the same distaste for tractors as the wife, as it would not start, when i got back in. Apparently, i have some kind of electric problem that fried my battery. I was able to get a jump from a guy up the road. The remaining 50 miles home was interesting. Intermittment power surges, electric and motor. Loss of electric functions, including headlights, etc. Had to stop using turn signal's as that through everything into a tizzy, even the speedometer and all the "dummie" lights.
I too would like to jeff and Janice for being such great hosts. It was great meeting everyone in person. This was my first Cubfest, but certainly not the last!
We also had a great time! After everyone else was gone Miss Janet and I went out Christmas Light-seeing and to dinner. So we had a great day and a great evening!
If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem.
My wife says I don't listen to her. - - - - - - - - Or something like that!
Yes, it was a very nice get together at the Silvey's! Thanks Jeff & Janice! Regina & I hope this becomes an annual event.
Raymond, Jeff & I weren't buying that story but David was sure taking it all in.

The weather when we stared was a little nippy but warmed up. Janice & myself want to Thank everyone for coming to our place. We are planning at having another Winter fest next year.
