Kodiak hangs the new clock and declares it is time to start "Stonethrow VI". It looks like we will have great weather this weekend so we kicked it off right.

More pix are here http://photos.cubfest.com/thumbnails.php?album=1107

Well sure, I'd rather be there than just looking at pictures, but thanks very much for the pictures and I'll look at 'em all, so keep them coming. Well it will be after the weekend before I get to see all of them. Camping plans with grandsons this weekend. Looks like a great place to be and from what I've read in the past a fun place. Guess I'll have to retire from being retired so I will have the time and money to attend all these events that I know I would really like. Thanks again.

Twenty of us went to the new restaurant in town. Kodiak said he Maysville Saloon had good food and he was absolutely right. There wasn't a crumb left when the feast subsided. I have to admit, my share of Rosie's fried cheesecake was excellent. :D

If you make it to Stonethrow, you gotta stop in Maysville for an evening meal. Yummmm!

I have to agree, it was good. My belly was tighter than a tick when I finally managed to get myself up.

Raymond, you guys better save some belly-space for some o Corky's bubba-que! I've had two 20-pound hams on the cooker since 10 pm, and they're smokin away! Long night ahead for ole Corky, but what can I say?! i LOVE IT!!!

See you guys sometime Friday,

I found this old Cub, Forgotten and Forlorn,
With pistons and valves frozen and worn.
Help from my buddies on Farmallcub.com,
And an engine from Ralph, (37’s the one),
Now ole Corky is running and back to life,
Much to the surprise of my dear, dear wife!
