I just got off the phone with Kodiak. We kicked around thoughts on what special tools anyone may need to work on their Cub at Stonethrow. I will be bringing my radiator pressure tester with the bottom tray to bolt to the radiator. I will also have the Johnson Sickle Servicer for anyone needing to replace the knives on their sickle bar.
If anyone has, or needs, any special tools, let us know and if someone has what is needed they will know to bring it along. Three days and counting, see you there.
I don't believe in taking the bull by the horns. I took a goat by the horns once and that was enough excitement for me. Barnyard Bash CubFest May 31 - June 1, 2013 Click here for info.

I have at the shop...... splitting stands, clutch alignment tool, front end alignment tool, compression guages, gas tank lip tool, front pulley puller, digital multimeters, timing light, and a very good selection of hammers if I do say so Ron
I bought an old tractor all dusty and worn, knew nothing about her just the year she was born I washed her and greased her and painted her red Now she lives happily right here in my shed.

Phil, if you want I can also bring my pressure washer--that's what I used on mine and it did a nifty job. Roy, what are you bringing? Corky

The little fitting (home made high pressure nozzle) to fit on end of hose.
Like the one in the link on Barnyard's post above.

I saw that thread when it came out...Roy, how'd it do for you? When I cleaned mine out, I had the luxury of having the bolster off the tractor, because I was replacing a cracked one. The pressure washer did a great job...so good that in some places I had to repaint the inside with paint to seal the cast iron. But I think that was because I also let it spend the night in Corky's rust annhilator--e-tank. I have a pistol-grip sprayer on the pressure washer that has no extension, so it can get in the nooks and crannies pretty good. But if other/better experience says we won't need that for Phil, I'll leave it at home. Barnyard wrote:Corky's Cub wrote:Roy, what are you bringing?

Bring it own! The little contraption works good if you don't have a pressure washer, but it doesn't compete with your rig.

Mine is a bit longer and will go up into the block, and into the bloster too for those hard to reach places.
