Hard to believe, but it'll soon be July! Anyone going to the Old Thresher's Reunion in Denton, NC this year? There's usually a good representation of Cubs there, and I figured some of our members would probably show. We go every couple of years, and I am feeling the "itch" to do it this year!

I will be there all week. :{_}: I will have a cub at my camp site just haven't decided which one to take yet. If you see a cub with J E Worthington on it stop by and sit a spell.

I plan to go, but have no way to bring my '55 Cub ("Bertha") from Crawford Dairy area, so I guess I will just visit you guys!

PS Anyone have a trailer for sale?!

Dale, the trailer you had at Boss's will haul a cub just fine. Another option if you REALLY WANT to take your cub, is to rent one of the U-Haul car trailers.

As many Cubfests as you are attending though, I forsee a nice dual axle 12' trailer with brakes in your future. Most likely painted Red and Black to match your cub. The 12' trailer with 2 axles and brakes would also work for your SA.

Now, if you went to an 18' trailer, you could take the pair. But alas, then you would need a shiny red truck, diesel of course so you have the power and economy to pull them both.

Then, as you will be spending more time traveling to shows, you should probably get one of those nice Pop Up Truck campers to fit in the back of the truck. Light weight, and low profile for hauling, yet large enough to be comfortable and with all the comforts of home.

Then....... :big afro: :{_}: :{_}: :{_}:

Guys, I have to admit I have a "motive" for asking about who's going. Please refer to the Cub Express forum.....

Super A, I posted on the link from above, let me know if I can help.

Dale, I laughed so hard reading your post!! I just bought a new Acura MDX, and until I spoke with a few guys at the Bash, I was hoping to buy a trailer large enough to carry both the Cub and SA, but they said the same thing - I would need a truck, so I am looking for a trailer large enough to carry the SA. Decided I am just NOT the truck kinda person!! At least not for everyday driving...
