Kansas Cubfest - Two Weeks

Postby Ike » Sat Apr 09, 2011 8:51 am

Kansas Cubfest is coming up Saturday, May 7. :{_}: :{_}:
Muleboss has a great location just North of Burlington, KS on US 75.

Please let us know if you are planning to attend so we can plan lunch and snacks.

We would also like a list of potential projects so we can get work space organized.

Thanks! :)

If there are no projects, I think I have some setting around if anyone choses to venture.
We also invite anyone that has something to sell or trade to bring it. This might be a good chance for the cub express going any direction as we are just about in the middle of anywhere.
Some of the things for sale are plows, mowers, C22 mowers blades, lift units,(both kinds) engine blocks (short and long) and tractors and many parts.
I know there will be a custom blade that was adapted for the bake of a cub. Mark said.
There are other Farmalls and other brands for the adventures person including M H, A C, Avery, Economy, and who knows what else.

Most of all bring YOURSELF and have a GOOD time.

Direction are simple- 1 1/2 miles South of New Strawn,Kansas or 2 miles North of Burlington, Kansas on Hwy 75. Just watch for the red mail box or the sign.

I plan on coming this year, and will head to the Bash for the following weekend. So I can Cub Express from Kansas to Barnyard's.

Art, If you and Dave want me to, I can deliver it to the Bash. It can probably make its way to the Tug or wherever Dave wants it to go from the Bash.

I can take it from the Bash to the Tug.
There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.

Or, I can get it from the Bash to northeast Ohio, if that helps.

I'm planning to attend. Don't know if I'll have any projects or not.

What time does it get started? What do we need to bring towards helping out on cost ($$)?
