Question? never been to a RPRU before - If you bring a few tractors to show and also some stuff to sell do you put them in the same location? or different areas? and does it cost a vendor fee if you have stuff to sell? just wondering how it works.

I think if you play { sell stuff ] you pay at the RPRU

Brad, to sell IH parts and stuff, you must be a vendor. That said, there is really no reason you could not put your tractors with/next to your stuff for sale. I had my lo boy with my stuff, but was also trying to sell the lo boy, so it made sense.
Spaces for outside vendors in Lima are $50 for a 20x20 space. EVERYTHING (including vehicles) must be within that space. electric is extra.
My trailer has a 21' deck, so I would request 2 sites end to end (actually a 40x40 square would be optimal). Truck and trailer down the middle with treasures on each side.
It would be awesome to have us Farmallcub folks to be next to or close to each other.

Ok thanks Dale & David - that makes sense, I am sure we all could get together for at least somethings Dale! we have a year to plan

There will be 2 ways to sell items.
One way is to have a vendor space.
The other way is to put your item(s) in Chapter 6 parts corral. Some round ups have an cosignment auction and some don't. Members of Chapter 6 desided to have a parts corral instead of an auction like RPRU 2010 and 2011 had. There will be a small charge for any part that sells in the parts corral.

Here is an example:
I have a moldboard plow to sell at RPRU 2013. I take the plow to the parts corral, fill out a form and put a price on it. You (buyer) see my plow and desides to buy it. You pay the asking price and take the plow with you or make arrangements to have it haul to your truck or trailer.
The seller will get his cash minus the cost to have their item in the parts corral. I'm not sure what chapter 6 will charge.

I didn't want to be left out so I made my reservation today at the Days Inn. Only $60.00 a night plus tax and 3.5 miles from Red Power.
