Indiana Chapter 7 plow day

Postby cubbrian » Mon Sep 20, 2010 8:47 pm

While many people were enjoying the central Indiana cubfest, I attended our chapter's plow day south of Lafayette. I did not bring a tractor, but I was able to plow with one of Bob Off's (EasyBob) tractors. I really like cub tractors, but that turbocharged 1456 diesel with a straight pipe sure sounded good plowing across the field with a 6 bottom plow. I didn't have any hearing protection and I could still hear the tractor running for a while after I killed the engine. WOW!!! Sarah has already said I can't have one. :( I don't think I got any pictures, but Sarah said I was smiling.
