STONETHROW V

Postby Kodiak » Tue Aug 10, 2010 5:57 pm

I wanted to get everyone thinking about Stonethrow V, It's coming up in a few weeks so mark your calendars for the first weekend in October (that's Sept 30th through October 3rd) and plan on coming down or over or up to Northeast Georgia and join us for some good food, fun and fixin :!:

Ron & Paula
I bought an old tractor all dusty and worn,
knew nothing about her just the year she was born
I washed her and greased her and painted her red
Now she lives happily right here in my shed.

Ron,

I'm sure that it will be a boatload of fun and frivolity. I'm going to miss it because of our annual family pig roast. Have a great time.

Phil beat me too it but check out the web page http://savethecub.com/stonethrow/ Bill is going to update it as soon as he has time but the hotel info should be pretty much correct. If you want to mapquest or google my location just look for Gillsville, Ga. 30543 and you'll be within about 150 feet of my place  Look foward to seeing everyone and making some new friends too :{_}:

Ron, we're looking forward to seeing you guys again at StoneThrow!!!

Corky
I found this old Cub, Forgotten and Forlorn,
With pistons and valves frozen and worn.
Help from my buddies on Farmallcub.com,
And an engine from Ralph, (37’s the one),
Now ole Corky is running and back to life,
Much to the surprise of my dear, dear wife!

I may be in Dallas or DC that week. I am hoping that doesn't happen.
There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.
