It sounds like I'll leave there broke but happy I got some more parts. I hope to see some different cubs upclose and personal there too other than pics. At the next fest I hope to bring my Int 154 cub and my cub cadets too. I hope this cubfest goes very well and maybe we can squeeze another one in the fall inbetween the local country fairs too maybe a "HARVEST CUBFEST".

Peter & artc; You guys are doing a great job with the limited time we have and we going to make it happen too thanks to you guys.

Will there be a tractor with a loader on it for unloading equipment?

artc/peter;

So besides the cubfest at zagray whats the spring startup like?

Do they start up and run all the old equipment that runs?

Whats up with the very large old hit and miss engines will they ever be worked on to get them running? Those flywheels are the biggest i have ever seen on those engines.

They sure do have some neat looking old equipment there but there's lots of work to be done there too.

If your within driving distance I think that going there is worth the trip.

Robert,
There will be guys there from sun-up on Friday till late afternoon Sunday for the CubFest portion of the weekend events. Friday & Saturday evenings will no doubt be spent sittin' around talking about Cubs, while during the day we'll be playin' with the Cubs and working on the two main projects and whatever else we can squeeze in. :D

The QVEA Spring Gas-Up Show has hours listed on the QVEA website for the general public.

Hope this helps.

Speaking of campfire pits, I need to come up with a plan for cooking burgers/dogs etc. on Saturday evening. Does anyone have a large grille? I'm coming up blank but still looking for one.
I'm also wondering if there is a Costco or something near by. As of now, I am planning on buying everything early Saturday a.m. & putting it all in a cooler but if there was something close, I could run out an hour or two before dinner & pick up the perishables.
Any thoughts or suggestions?

If anyone has a new set of plugs and wires for my '59, I'd be happy to buy them there.

Dave

I just received a call from Tom at TM Tractors. He regrets having a conflict with ConnectiCubFest and not being able to make it, but he is sending some goodies for our raffle :!: :D

We thank TM Tractors for their support :!: 8)
