Thanks to all who attended the Bash!

Postby Barnyard » Sun Jun 03, 2018 11:37 pm

What a fantastic weekend, just right for the Bash. We had a bit of rain, but that was mixed perfectly with the sunny skies. Rosie and I totally enjoyed having each and every guste that rolled through the gate. This CubFest could never happen without you fine folks. I could go on and on thanking each person for the help they offered, but then I would end up with a long post and still miss some one.

I will just say thanks for all those who helped Rosanne with the cooking and clean up. Thanks to those who helped set up before and after, and thaks to all for the things in between.

We had about 80 guests total. Some left Friday evening while others showed up Saturday. Simply put, it was GREAT. This year we had visitors from:

1. Alabama
2. Arizona
3. Colorado
4. Florida
5. Illinois
6. Indiana
7. Kentucky
8. Louisiana
9. Maryland
10. Nebraska
11. New Jersey
12. New York
13. Ohio
14. Pennsylvania
15. Tennessee
16. Virginia
17. West Virginia

Rosie and I cannot thank you all enough for being here for us. Let’s do it again next year. Mark your calendar for the Friday and Saturday after Memorial Day.
There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.

Really bummed that I missed it. Not at all surprised that you threw another successful Bash. Glad everyone had a good time!
