Re: Deep South Cub Fest 2013 in the record bookProud you guys had a great time. Well, I missed the live broadcast this year but I know it is too much trouble to do for just 3 or 4 folks to watch. Can only dream of Mike's cookin. Youall keep the shinny side up.

Re: Deep South Cub Fest 2013 in the record bookIt was a great cub fest to say the least. I got to drive Mr. E's Farmall H. And also got to plow with Tezell cub. It was a good time, good eats and good people.
It started snowing hard about 5 miles from home but didn't lay on the ground. Got home about 6:00 last night safe and sound. Richard

Re: Deep South Cub Fest 2013 in the record booki think that the only way it could have been more fun was to be able to stay longer than we could . thanks to everyone for a memorable experience . great food , great company , a great little tractor .

Re: Deep South Cub Fest 2013 in the record bookThe TN boys got in at 8:30 PM last night, which was 8 hrs flat. No problems, an easy ride.
I also want to thank our hosts for another fine weekend. The food was fantastic, the learning experience was educational, but the fellowship was the best. This was JR's first cubfest and he had a ball. In spite of taking severe heat from Billy Ray,,, Steve & JR got Mr. E's VAC and H running great. (BR maintains that this is a Cubfest and only a Cubfest). Thanks again guys & gals. 1947 Cub S/N 9216 (My Dad's "Uncle Bob")

Re: Deep South Cub Fest 2013 in the record bookGot in about 11pm after some cub express duties. Thank you Mr. Roy for opening your place up to us. The food was awesome but the fellowship was even better. I missed having my partner in crime, but I think we all did. Best I can remember, everything brought to work on, left in better condition, which was the goal. Rumors are stirring about a LA cubfest next year. Let's keep our fingers crossed that we can make this happen. Would love having you guys in the home state. Safe travels to those who haven't reached home yet.
Re: Deep South Cub Fest 2013 in the record bookand a special thanks to bill hudson , cub express master , went above and beyond .coppersmythe...(surfer boy)
Re: Deep South Cub Fest 2013 in the record book
Thanks, Val. HOWEVER, you went WAY BEYOND. Appreciated very much, but certainly unneccessary. "The probability of life originating from accident is comparable to the probability of the unabridged dictionary resulting from an explosion in a printing shop." Edwin Conklin, biologist
