Comic strip

Postby Bus Driver » Wed Feb 04, 2015 6:22 pm

This comic strip started in 1907-- before my time!
I had no idea that it was still being offered.

I remember Mutt and Jeff. Very neat site that I'm sure I'll visit often. Thanks!

This particular strip is so exactly like the ones I remember that I suspect that is really is one of the old ones from 60-70 years ago that is being rerun. Quite alright with me. A search does not find any mention of anyone doing the strip at this time.

I vaguely remember them. I just did a little searching and found it is the oldest comic strip still in syndication, followed by Gasoline Alley. I liked Gasoline Alley and the way the characters aged through the years. The earlier version of For Better or For Worse reminds me of that.
There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.

I also remember the Mutt & Jeff cartoon strip but for the life of me I cannot remember which newspaper in Ireland carried it. Maybe it was in a kids comic book :lost: :lost:
