Over the years, NStar (our electric co,) has butchered the road side of a pine tree 90-100' tall, to the point that it's dying, and its just 68' from my house. So I called and they sent out an arborist, so today I call for the results, already expecting no offer from them.
Lady: NStar Tree Trimming Department
Me: (give acct. number) What did the arborist decide?
Lady, Let me see here, I have it, it says "NStar will not remove the tree, there are some other initials here but I don't know what they mean.
Me: What are they?
Lady: M... slash... A... for P... V... T... contractor
Me: Make arrangement for private contractor?
Lady: Yea that must be it!
And her job is to deal with this all day !!!
(By the way we're taking it down ourselves)
