Deer skinning rack for hitch
Right now when I go hunting it's usually just me with no one to help me load a deer or skin one so I wanted to make a way to skin a deer and also load it if I didn't quarter it up to take to get processed. I wanted to be able to pull my trailer with the mini truck on it if need be and also didn't want to take it out and put it in everytime I went hunting so this is what I came up with. I had a hitch already welded on my truck to the side for pulling the haybine with the offset tongue. I recently acquired the Sonoma and had to modify the insert part so it wouldn't be so low. The whole thing has been powdercoat painted and works great. I made it where it swivels and folds down so it's out of the way when not in use. I also wanted to be able to open my tailgate when it was on the truck as well and not have it sticking out real far for clearance of the tailgate.

Re: Deer skinning rack for hitch
Here it is on the Sonoma after welding an offset hitch on it & cutting bottom bracket yesterday and picking up from powdercoat this morning. I can still open my tailgate here as well.

I made all my pulleys out of stainless and made an adjustable gamble, it works great for different size deer.

I had to try it out Saturday morning when muzzle loader season opened here. We needed the meat and this doe just happened to be standing 90 yards away.

Took Walt home Monday with some lockers I got and stopped by to pick up a basketball goal and had no where to put it. Stretched the deer skinning rack out and held the basketball goal up with it.
