Rudi, that jam sounds mighty cottonpicking fine to a hungry GA boy. yum yum. The temperature struggled to make it to 77 here today
. Supposed to be this way all the way through the extended 5 day forecast. Never fear, never worry, we will pay sometime in the future. Good to hear of the progress on the Cubbie House, Pete

77 degrees... hmmmm a bit warm for Christmas now isn't it??
Anyways.. here is where we are now
I picked a few of the last uploads that I thought were interesting. Not sure but I hope you all enjoy these ones. There are more on the CubFest Pic Host.
Maybe by Christmas most of it will be all done.

Does that really count as storing it "indoors" with all that snow in there?
Looking good! Done by Christmas, wouldn't that be a nice present for yourself there.
Last pic looks like a manure spreader and...?

Looking real good Rudi, even the snow is pretty when viewed from this distance in close to 80 degree weather today. That's a mere 24 degrees above average for us this time of year. If we could get you a little of this weather up there for a day or so, the snow in the barn would be gone in no time. I know you are going to enjoy the new shop when it is finished. Pete

Been awhile since I posted an update or a pic of the New Cub Enclosure.. so here are a few...
Ellie and Granny are partially covered, more to keep em warm than anything else. As you can see, there is no snow left in the Pole Barn, pretty much all gone now. I have temporary doors up, and there is only the one hole left in the new structure to finish up. That would be that piece of air one can see on the right on top of the old roof. Small piece of gable that needs to be closed in.
Weather and a few other things have contributed to my not being able to complete yet, but it is getting closer.
One of the projects that took some time was
Moving Day. My buddy Gord had to move his tractor collection and we still have one more moving day left, so as soon as he is back from his visit to Chile and Argentina.. we will get that back on the road.
Part of Gord's collection currently resides behind my New Cub House.. They still need to be covered, but we need a couple of nice days to do that.

Beautiful pics Rudi, but boy it still looks awful cold up there. Good to see you're almost finished, maybe a springtime minifest is order, huh. Pete

Pete:
If all goes well that just may occur
Currently as I write it is -7C or 19.4F with a
SnowFall Warning in place. Schools are closed again today and a lot of businesses are closing up shop for the day as well.
Happy days ..
I like snow

Managed to get some more done on the Pole Barn project yesterday. With all the rain, snow, freezing rain and a driveway that is second cousin to a skating rink.. it has been a challenge. Almost have the last gable done!
