I'm sorry for your loss. As our Murphy was nearing her life expectancy Jo told the vet that we would have to train a new puppy after Murphy was gone. He said, "Get a puppy now and let Murphy train it." We did and it was an excellent decision. Maggie learned quickly and surely eased the pain of Murphy's death.
