Macro keys

I have a Microsoft keyboard that had 2 macro keys I could program, but since upgrading to Win 10 I cannot use or program them. Do I need to try finding a new driver for this keyboard?

How old is the keyboard? MS may not update the driver software and just use a generic driver (without the macro feature)...

Keyboard is several years old, and I had not even thought about Having to download a separate driver, but did find one. loading it now.
