Problems with Rudi's Manuals

Is it just me, or is anyone else having problems opening Rudi's Manuals? I have been getting a message saying something like "unavailable". This is the 2nd day...I haven't tried my computer yet...am using my phone. No problem with the PDF Manuals. :?
