How do I access pictures

Postby Dan England » Fri Apr 25, 2003 6:58 pm

I often get a red X in a box when someone posts a picture. I assume that I should be able to access the picture by clicking on the X but have never been able to do so. Should I be able to bring up the picture and, if so, what is the procedure for doing so. At this time, I am trying to see the pictures which Mark posted on fixing a loose steering box, and there have been several other times when I wanted to see pictures but couldn't do so. Can someone lead me through the process so that I may see them? Thanks, Dan

Dan, the problem isn't on your end. I couldn't see them either.

If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem.

Dan:

BD is right... I can't see them either so the problem is at the Yahoo end -- figures.

However, somethimes only some pics will load when the page loads or refreshes. When that happens, right click on the box with the x and click show picture. Usually that works. When it stops working - it is time to reboot the computer.

I never turn my computer off - it is on 24/7, so sometimes it needs a refresh.
