Brandon:

Phil is no longer associated with the entity that he produced those items at. IIRC -- and I know I do since he asked me to remove him from the Specialty Services pages that he no longer will be producing any items. I am assuming that if he does restart at some point he will advise us or ask to be put back on the SSP's.

Send him a PM, but I am pretty sure this is the answer you will get.
