ICQ means "I Seek You". It is an Instant Messaging Program.

If you email your photo to me I will resize it for you as an avatatar. Email is jeepguy1@cinci.rr.com
There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.

ICQ is pretty much antiquated now, it is was a big part of the AOL package where you paid AOL to put you on-line. Never understood that concept -- you have to have an internet connection - in those days dialup was the only flavour in town - then you connected to AOL and then you could browse the net. AOL sort of was a distribution agent in an age when you really didn't need one - but it sure was a good way to make piles of money. I googled it for you so you can kind of read up on it AOL and ICQ

If you use IrfanView, choose resize/resample and then save for the web - it will give you the choice of .jpg or .gif extensions and the file should end up somewhere around 1.4kbs to 1.9kbs which is the correct range to upload to your profile. Download and install both Irfanview and the plugins. It is a rather simple programs once you get used to it.
