picture resizing with a Mac

Postby TJG » Fri Apr 27, 2012 8:56 am

I apologize if this is not the correct place to post this.

I'm new to Mac's and can't figure out how to resize photos with iPhoto so that I can post pictures to the forum. Can anyone help, please? Thanks.

Todd

I'm interested in this as well. To post on the forum I export my pics to documents and choose the small size in the process of exporting. Rename your pic as you're doing so, otherwise it can get pretty tough to find it after you have several in documents. There is a photohost on the forum if you want to try that.

On Mac, open the pics in iPhoto and select edit, you can do all sorts of things to your photo.

You could also go to Picmonkey.com, it's free, and you can edit and resize there as well.

You can also open your photos in the preview program. Select tools from the pulldown menu and select "adjust Size".
