First go here http://photos.cubfest.com and sign up for an account. You can use photobucket or another host if you want.

And then watch these two videos.

Yup, first thing is that whatever pic you want to use it has to physically be hosted somewhere on the net so you can link to it. Copy/paste will not work wether the pic is on the net or not. Suggest you follow the links below:
