I was wondering when is a good time to enter chat? I have never seen anyone in there.....is it used alot or just in a blue moon?

About 8:30 most any night.
I don't believe in taking the bull by the horns. I took a goat by the horns once and that was enough excitement for me.

I am in the central time zone. I am often in chat at 6 or 6:30 most every evening, waiting for folks to come in.(surfing anyway)
normally we finish up at about 10 pm central-11 eastern.
We normally have a good time.
Also, if you see someone is online, send them a pm and ask them to go to chat. Most often they will.

Ok, let me clarify 
If you see that someone is on the forum(online) and you would like to talk to(chat) with them, send them a personal message through the forum and ask them to go to the chat site. When they recieve notification that they have a personal message waiting and they open it and see your message. They may or may not want to talk to you.
