Shall I create instructions for how to post pictures?

Postby allenlook » Tue Aug 24, 2004 10:04 am

I see a lot of people on the board asking how to post pictures...

If you like, I will create specific instructions on how to get a free account with a picture hosting service (I'm open to suggestions if you want to recommend one in particular), and post them on the board in a sticky note, or in the FAQ?

Maybe they already exist and I just could not find them... I know that posts with pictures of what the person is talking about help a LOT. I also offer to help anyone that needs assistance...

a good idea and one that BigDog addressed quite well a while back, but I don't think it was ever converted to a sticky or something. those 'free' accounts don't allow you to post pictures to the board, they want you to pony up for that.

Hey BD :!: still got that write-up :?:

The sticky thread "Picture Tutorial by Yo's Dad (A MUST read!)", currently 2 up from this one, has a lot of information.

Perhaps an additional write-up could be attached to the same thread.
