Posting Response Notification

Some time ago when I would post a topic or respond to a topic I would get notification by email that there was new activity being posted. I no longer receive that notification. Has there been a progam change or have I changed a setting in my User Control Panel?

Many others are experiencing the same problem. Dennis is aware of this and is trying a few new things.
