Atlas Cutting Tools A+++

Postby PVF1799 » Fri Jul 19, 2013 2:02 pm

Hi all - I needed to purchase some number drills and bottoming taps (Know I could make them - but it's too damn hot :o ). Did a bit of shopping and this site one out hands down. I placed the order yesterday at 3PM it arrived today - UPS Overnight at Ground Shipping Rates is their motto. I was also pleased to learn everything I ordered was Made in the USA.

This company went over the top with their response to my query. When I ordered, I mistakenly ordered too many of two different sizes. I emailed them for an RMA and after 5 days of waiting I questioned if they were going to reply. Almost immediately I got a reply back stating how they disappointed themselves by missing my RMA request. They then promptly told me to keep the two items totaling about $20 USD and they would credit my card. They've done that as advised.

Pretty awesome company to do business with.
