Airgas customer service

I have a small portable "smoke wrench". Yesterday, as I was heating a stubborn nut,I ran out of acetylene. Grabbed my spare, full tank. Valve was so tight, it stripped my wrench. Loaded both cylinders, and went to Airgas. Swapped both cylinders, charged me for only 1, and gave me a new wrench! Customer service still lives, some places! Ed

Yep Ed, I was some sad when the Airgas in the big city closed! Great folks to deal with and that's where I got my tiny torch kit, super value!!!

I guess that's not the same as National Welders? Got good service from them.
