A house fire is a tough thing, but living through it is key.

Get a pocket notebook and write down EVERYTHING bigger than a paperclip that was lost. It is an impossible task, but necessary for insurance/tax purposes. Guess how I know that?? (apartment fire 35 years ago).

So sorry to hear about the fire. Thank goodness no injuries or loss of life. Although it’s a huge trauma for you and your family, everything you lost is replaceable. Human life is not replaceable, our prayers for you all.
