Knee Replacement

Postby Larry G » Tue Jun 20, 2017 3:11 pm

Another update, Still in a rehab facility. Trying to get my knee to flex greater than 90 degrees. They had their Medicar meets today and said I would be sent home next Wednesday. Then I'll need outpatient therapy to finish up. Thanks

Sounds like you are making progress, although it may be slower than you would like. Keep up with the therapy and exercises.

Mind your doctor and therapist. Hope you're back on your feet and moving around in no time! :coffee:

Thinking of you, Larry. Hang in there and do it right. Take notes and share them with me. My time is coming as I've been putting it off for about 3 years. Cortisone shots and slowing down with age have helped.

Hang in there it will come, I had both knees done 13 weeks ago and I'm feeling great. My Physical Therapist told me I had achieved all the range of motion my two new knee joints were capable of providing ! Denny, we need to get together and I'll tell you all about it.
I bought an old tractor all dusty and worn,
knew nothing about her just the year she was born
I washed her and greased her and painted her red
Now she lives happily right here in my shed.

You and Candy can compare notes. She's had both done.
