Too little snow to bother plowing on the way out yesterday..... then it rained 1/2" or so during the day..... then at about 3 everything froze up solid when the temps dropped QUICK. Blowing sleet in the evening. 9F and sunny now.

Went by the shipyard Sunday, they had a crane in place to pick up the sloop Providence. She keeled over a bit in the last storm.
