Thoughts and prayers for a family member

Postby Pony Master » Sun Sep 01, 2013 10:44 pm

My wife's first cousin could sure use some prayers. She has been battling cancer for a while, but the end is near. She thought she had it beat a while back, but it returned with a vengeance. A little over a week ago she was given 2 months, but this morning they are saying most likely a week. They sent her home on hospice care and she has moved into her parents living room so they can help care for her. She has 3 young boys that will have to work through this. I can't imagine going through what she has been through, and facing what she still has to face. Two of the boys are close to the age of my two children and I can't imagine what they would do without their mom. My thoughts are in Georgia with the family, and I am sure they could use your thoughts as well.
