well that was quite a experience . poor girl , she went through 72+ hours of contractions . went to the hospital sunday but they ened up sending her home because she wasnt ready, but contractions never stopped. she went back to the hospital monday afternoon , all night ( no sleep sat,sun,or monday night for her or her husband,he was there the whole time doing the couching and breathing thing ). and finally at 11:00 am tuesday a perfect healthy baby boy , 8lbs. 5 oz. and 20 inches long . with big ol tractor driving hands
. mom and dad went promptly to sleep at 11:30 am . coppersmythe.......................................

Wow -- that was a sleep well earned. Congratulations to grandpa, and of course to gran, mom and dad. Have the time of your life for the next few years.

hello all from the deep south . here is the little rascal that has caused so much craziness . little elliot was 8 lbs. 5 ozs. and 20 1/2 inches long . he has strong vocal cords and big ol tractor driving hands . all are well , a little bit unsure at first , but mom and dad are catching on quick , and carol ( grandmother three times now ) was there to stay the first few days . try to stop her ! my colonoscophy was today , they said it ( colon) is about 19-20 FEET long and they check all of it
