Re: Graycub
Mike,
This is Brenda (Mrs. Yogie). With David getting in from work later than usual this evening, he suggested that I respond to your post in his place - I hope no one minds...
I am thankful to report that Grayson is doing extremely well recovering at home this week. His doctors suggested that he not head back to school right away to allow him additional time to rest and recuperate, so the plan is for him to return to school this coming Monday. He has made tremendous gains with each passing day since being released from the hospital, and thank Heaven, all indications are for a full recovery. In fact, he is beginning to protest having to stay inside and take it easy, which is a sure sign that things are heading back toward normal.
I'm grateful to be able to share such positive news, and I also welcome this chance to thank you, and many other forum members, as well as the Farmall Cub community as a whole, for the sincere care, genuine concern, and uplifting support you have shown us throughout this ordeal. The past few weeks have encompassed some of the most frightening moments we've ever faced; had we not been surrounded and comforted by the love of family and friends, and bolstered by countless prayers from all over the country and beyond, I honestly don't know where we would be right now. We are thankful beyond expression to those who have lifted Grayson (and us) in prayer, and to God for answering those prayers. Words fail me, but please know that we will never forget the love and support shown here. From the bottom of my heart, and on behalf of our entire family, thank you.
