New Addition

Postby Kodiak » Tue Jun 01, 2010 6:48 am

Its been a while since I last posted but its been quite busy around here and amoung the things going on was the recent addition to the family.....a new Grandaughter  Kaitlyn Ann Whiting was born May 24th in Dallas Texas. She was 18.9 inches long and weighed 6lbs 8oz. Everyone is doing fine and are at home now. Here is a picture of her and her Big Brother Daniel, he's almost 2 and is really proud of his little sister :D

Ron
I bought an old tractor all dusty and worn,
knew nothing about her just the year she was born
I washed her and greased her and painted her red
Now she lives happily right here in my shed.

I'm sure the proud grandparents are floating on clouds themselves. Congrats on the newest addition to the family.
There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.

Thanks everyone and yes Grandkids are the best :!: I asked Daniel when he first saw her in the hospital if we should keep her and his immediate response was a very solid YES !!! I think big brother will be a huge help to Mom and Dad even if he's only 2 1/2 :D
Yes Phil you will probably meet her at Stonethrow as I fully expect to have them all moved back to Georgia sometime in late June or early July. And now to start looking for a newborn IH shirt or sleeper

Ron,

That's a mighty fine looking new grand daughter! Congratulations! We're looking forward to having a new bunch o Whitings move home to Jawja!!

Corky
I found this old Cub, Forgotten and Forlorn,
With pistons and valves frozen and worn.
Help from my buddies on Farmallcub.com,
And an engine from Ralph, (37’s the one),
Now ole Corky is running and back to life,
Much to the surprise of my dear, dear wife!
