Ed, congratulations, I hope you enjoy your retirement as much as I have mine. A couple things to remember:

1- retirement means twice the husband, and half the money.

2- The bad thing about retirement is that you never get a day off.
If you are not part of the solution,
you are part of the problem!!!

Ed:

Congratulations :applause: on becoming your own boss.. :big say what: or should I say, just changing the reporting authority :big smile:

You will love retirement.. it just gets better every day. Soon though, you will begin to wonder.. gee how did I ever find time to have gainful employment :big what:.... as your days will be filled with all kinds of neat stuff. However, you may find that you get to sit a bit more often and smell the roses so to speak... take advantage of it.. when you can.. sure makes a day unfold a lot better :D

Enjoy your retirement, you have earned it :!:

Congrats Ed! I can't wait to see all the new farm equipment you come up with, like the "row marker".

Ed give us a report on the first week of retirement. I heard you are sitting around the house in your PJ's you know the ones with cowboys on them and the little feet attached, watching Regis and Kelly, the veiw and several soaps. But then again your retired you can do whatever you want. Hope week one was good for you we had a few days with no rain thank goodness the rain is back.

Ed, I think he is taunting you. I bet if you stop in next weekend he will let you have a ride on one! Or at least sit on it and pretend.

I ride on one, to cut the lawn. Blends in, with the grass, and dandelions, so no one notices. Ed
