Prayers for a forum member

Postby Bigdog » Thu May 21, 2009 7:37 pm

I would like to request that you take a few moments to remember one of our members in your thoughts and prayers. O.C. Hood (FLcubman) 's wife is dealing with pancreatic cancer and is undergoing chemo at this time. The outlook is good but as you all know, chemo is a rough regimen. Please rember O.C. and Helen if you would.

Prayers from your georgia buds....
I found this old Cub, Forgotten and Forlorn,
With pistons and valves frozen and worn.
Help from my buddies on Farmallcub.com,
And an engine from Ralph, (37’s the one),
Now ole Corky is running and back to life,
Much to the surprise of my dear, dear wife!

Clyde reported that Helen had her 6th chemo treatment this past week. Her cancer marker number has dropped significantly which is good news. They are anticipating trying a new drug on her and if the side effects are not too bad it will be a big help to her.
Keep these folks in your prayers - they need them.
