One of the hardest things in parental life to do is have your children pass away. B.T.D.T. and don't want to have to do it ever again.
Over time the hurt will subside and hopefully a stronger bond will develop. Be strong my friends in this dark time.

Carl and Cathy:
I am sorry for not seeing this right away, with Mom in the hospital I haven't spent a lot of time on the forum.
Em and I are a a loss for words, our hearts cry with you as you travel this painful road. How does one provide consolation at a time such as this when this loss is almost unbearable. All we can do I guess is express our sincerest condolences and offer up a little of what keeps us going when faced with troubles like this and pray that the Lord watches over all of HIS children and gives them what they need according to His plan (+).
The 23rd is what carried me through the losses in my family.. and I hope that this psalm might offer some peace to you both as well.
The Psalms 23 KJV
The LORD Is My Shepherd
