Do you have a few minutes?

Postby Bigdog » Tue Oct 28, 2008 3:36 pm

I swear I posted this a while ago but I can't find it now. If you have a few minutes to listen to this song arrangement it is worth the time.

I sang that exact arrangement of this song my Junior year in high school with our high school band accompanying us. (Public school!) It is a wonderful arrangement of this song and always chokes me up when I listen to it...

Thanks for posting that, BigDog!

I really like how that was put together, Thanks.

Here is the video of the choirs performing this. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U7hzRSii4Ao
There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.

Speaking as a high school principal, that is one amazing demonstration not only of patriotism, but also of the qualities of our children that so many people criticize and denegrate. Whether they be public, private, parochial, religious or any type student, that is fantastic. Thanks Bigdog for posting the link and reminding us all that our childreon of today are our leaders of tomorrow - and they will be very capable.

WOW :!: love it!
I bought an old tractor all dusty and worn,
knew nothing about her just the year she was born
I washed her and greased her and painted her red
Now she lives happily right here in my shed.

WOW That was awesome. I will admit it brought tears to me. That made me think of our older veteran's & current one's that are fighting for our FREEDOM. Plus all the veteran's & public people that have lost their live on duty.
THANKS Darrell.
