Could It Be A Miracle?

Postby Barnyard » Tue Jun 14, 2022 10:45 pm

Since last fall I have been unable to lift my right arm above my shoulder. Everything I tried to do with that arm was a struggle. Several people, including my doctor, told me it sounded like I had a torn rotator cuff. I had scheduled an appointment with an orthopedic doctor but had to cancel. I figured if I required surgery, I was going to wait until Fall when all the shows were slowing down.

Last night while sleeping I rolled over in bed and awoke when I heard AND felt a crack in my shoulder. It sounded like somebody had broken a stick. I immediately sat up on the edge of the bed and rubbed my shoulder as I attempted to raise my arm. Surprisingly, I was able to raise my arm above my shoulder with very little pain.

There are a few exercises I have been avoiding at the gym since I could not do them. Today I tried those exercises and was able to do those with no problems. I am going to go easy on my shoulder for a while, but hopefully I will have little problems in the near future.
There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.

I'd be happy to talk to you about God and miracles on some other day and platform. Suffice it to say, "Amen!" and "Hallelujah!" Give God the glory for it!

Sounds to me like you didn't have a rotator cuff issue, but a calcium deposit that limited your movement. When you "popped", it broke up the deposit and freed up your shoulder. I'm so glad you're range of motion is better and you're able to do more. That IS a blessing!
