Gary Charles Sanderson Passing

Postby randallc » Sat Jan 22, 2022 10:43 am

It saddens me to announce the passing of Gary Charles Sanderson, mostly know by the friends of the Northeast Oklahoma CubFest. He also co-hosted the one-time Southwest Arkansas CubFest and attended most of the NEO CubFest. Inventor of an adjustable Cub carburetor screw, at the NEO CubFest. He is my 3rd cousin, my brother-in-law and my life long friend and will be deeply missed by all who really knew him. Surely there is a few Farmall Cubs for him to tinker with in Heaven.

Sorry to hear. My condolences to you and his family.
There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.

Gary had such a great, easy-going disposition. His smile was infectious and getting to visit with him was one of my highlights at the NEO CubFest each year. I sold him my Farmall H one year for way below what I should, but since it was Gary, I didn’t mind a bit.
What a great testimony his life was for commitment in marriage, family, and the Lord.

Take your rest, my friend.
