Dr. has prescribed a medicine for stress headaches, which seems to help, and today an injection to relieve irritation of the nerves that run up the left side of my skull. something else I am hoping will help is that I found a clock that used to hang above my desk at work. It had a stress prayer on it that read
God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
The courage to change the things I can,
And wisdom to know the difference.
And the smarts to hide the bodies of those that really ticked me off.
