These plows will probably get some hot patches welded on them. They’re 12” super chief bottoms and it’ll cost more for parts than they are worth.

The horse drawn row lister will be getting the FH prong cut off and set in the flower bed.

There is probably a 4 or 5-bottom plow with decent Super Chief bottoms on it waiting to be sold at an auction for about scrap price. One with 12-inch bottoms may be hard to find.

This looks like a 296 plow, fairly rare model.

I would find a use for that, driveways, foodplots, garden. I understand you have a plethora of implements you have secured but I find that thing useful ;)

better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it...( YES this includes CUBS! )

I had a 3-12" IH plow with a 3 pt. hitch on it a few years ago and couldn't find wear parts for them either, they were almost as bad as these. I have one moldboard from a chief bottom I may be able to cut and make work on one of them. Thanks for the info!

Have you checked with Ploworx for the parts?

I talked with them about a share for a Cub plow, the shipping was almost as much as the share

I can't see putting $300-$400+ in wear parts on a plow, there are too many for sale in the $200-$275 range in good shape :D

When I need the prong off the lister I know where it is. This drag thing is a mess, it’s going to the scrapper tomorrow.

Boring the center out on the end so it will clear an axle for a customer. I don't like messing with wheels but the boss man said do it.

The drag is gone along with a bunch of other scrap. Got 1/3 of my investment back on the drag purchase.

I forgot how much fun hanging and finishing Sheetrock is, alone. Since we only have one bathroom I have to put everything back in so we can use it every time I take it out.
