stupid signs

Seeing Zorro's post on the safety warning on the package of drill bits reminded me of a sign I saw the other day. I was sitting in a parking lot with all the usual white lines and arrows and every thing else you might see in a parking lot, plus one stupid sign. On the light pole in front of me was a sign that said;
NO PARKING
NO LOITERING
CITY ORD.
It also included the ordinance number.
