Zoo keeping polar bears indoors!

Postby ScottyD'sdad » Tue Jan 07, 2014 11:46 am

On the news, this morning, "The polar bears, at Roger Williams Park Zoo,(Providence, RI) will be kept indoors, today, because of the cold""
Well, I'm staying inside, too!

Yep Ed.... Almost ruined my ability to say I have never seen below zero (no threat to the 100F part for a while) here the other night. The airport had -1 but my official record is 3, I'm closer to the ocean.

I guess polar bears like any other animal can become acclimatized to the point they cannot handle the cold temperatures they came from originally.
If you are not part of the solution,
you are part of the problem!!!
