Christmas gift

Postby Bigdog » Sun Jan 02, 2005 4:41 pm

Here's a shot of the front of the sweatshirt I got for Christmas. It's amazing what you can do with a computer and printer nowadays.

Bigdog,

If Mama gave you that you better give her a big kiss! Pretty neat!

Looks like I might have to consider an airlift! I'm gettin too old for these long road trips! Anybody got a spare C5A transport they're not using.

Anyway, If Mike makes it here for Cubfest 05, I can make my move then..... :) :) :)

Cub-Bud, If I don't have a broken arm or other health disaster, you have to know I will be in Stoutsville come June...Travlin and pullin the Cubs and meeting all the new folks along the way is a great time. I'll be swingin through Pope to round up you and Russ this year. :D :D Travlin and Cub haulin ...eveyone you meet wants to talk about the Cubs.

I might even try to make it up to Dieppe, NB this year. That would be a trip..

I travel slow and unhook for side trips along the way too. Can't imagine a more fun way to spend my retirement and summer. Still miss the midwest (except in winter):D :D Last year I stopped at Natchez Trace Park and cut some grass there with my '59 and Woods 42CF6 8) 8) This year I will be discing Bigdog's front and back yard and his neighbor's yard

Then RPRU in July and Nashville. Plenty to see do around there :D ..and then CubArama again..WOW... Was lookin at the pictures from Fredericktown again yesterday..Man that seems like it was years ago already but it only been a little more than 3 months

Need to have everyone out here to visit the Huachuca Mountains too. How about trying the Grueling Carr Canyon Cub Climb :?: .. From my place up to the top of Carr Peak and back..easy 1/2 day 8) 8). Are you up for it :?: How about it BD :?: :{_}: :{_}: :{_}:

Have Cubs...Will Travel

OK, the starting line doesn't look so bad. I guess the finish line isn't that bad. Curly should be able to make it in third gear all the way. It's beginning to look like a busy summer with Cubfest, RPR, Portland, Cubarama and a couple of others stuck in among them. I better re-grease the wheel bearings on the trailer.

Thanks Rudi. It would be great to meet you and see your beautiful country.
You are welcome to try the Grueling Carr Canyon Cub Climb too  Some of these guys think I'm nuts, but I just might show up in Dieppe.

Bigdog, Curley would have no problems making it up the dirt road to the top, the only problem I see is getting Curley out here.

My buddy down at the USDA Forest Service said he would close the road 1/2 day for the Cub Convoy :) :)....Anybody else up for the challenge :{_}: :{_}: :{_}: :{_}:

Is there enough oxygen in the air for these little IH updraft carbs to do their job :?: I would gladly come to AZ, if I could find the vacation time. Between RPRU and The Cub-Arama, it's all spoken for.
