Beautiful picture John and you’re in the best place to take a picture like that; inside and warm. We got around 9 inches, just enough so I had to go out to plow.

This is a picture looking through my plowed field which, not long ago had corn in it.

But, this is as far as I’m concerned the best part of the year….warm and cutting the grass.

Sure looks nice. I wouldn't want to be in it, but it is nice to look at.

We had a little ice here this morning, but rained the rest of the day. At my mom and Dad's 20 minutes north had some serious ice. Of course I forgot my camera. Sorry guys.

There were trees down, power lines down, and big branches down. 4-6 inch diameter pine branches down all over. Roads closed all over from trees being down. I went outside at the old man's place and heard a loud SNAP, and thud. I never did see which branch or where it went down at, and I wasn't about to walk around in that stuff. I hate this weather.

Come March me, the wife, and our son are headed to Florida for 2 weeks. Time to visit my uncle and friends down there. I can't wait. Who knows, might not come back. They almost had me talked into staying the last time I was down about 5 years ago.

Beautiful shots from both you guys, I'm proud I can enjoy them from afar. We have been in the 70's the last several days but today it only made it up to 39 :!: , That stings after being so warm especially with 35+ mph winds from the NW. Pete

39 degrees? No wonder everybody was huggin' the woodstove at Kodiaks shindig yesterday.
There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.

what first drew my attention to the scene was the shadow of the chimney with smoke drifting from it. The rest just fell into place.
