Portable Garage need help in finding Good one

Postby TOOLMAN » Thu Jun 28, 2007 5:20 pm

NY here and I have been looking for a dencent portable garage size 10X20
with end flaps, and want it to be the heavy material for long keeping (the cheap ones are garbage).
Does anyone know a good company or local supplier of the garages close to NY
And what would you recommend as a decent portable Garage
Thanks

Cover-It brand seems pretty good quality. 10 x20 about $5-800 be careful if you buy used. I got a good deal on a 24x26 but had a few pieces missing, namely the ground rods. I called the dealer, they didnt even want to talk to me. If anyone knows how big these rods are and how many I need I would appreciate the info. Thanks Frank

Don't buy the $200 ones that some auto parts and discount stores sell. They don't stand up to wind or sunlight. Don't ask how I know. Ed

Tony,

I agree with junkman. If you have a CoverIT dealer locally, they have a well made product. I would not buy used and a 12X20X8 here in NH or MA is $610 for the heavy poly round style and $650 for the house style. A 12X20X10 is $890! if you need the extra clearance.
